Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and our number one goal for each transaction. To avoid unnecessary cost, please ensure you have tried on the Ray-Ban, Dolce & Gabbana, Tory Burch, Burberry, D&G, Ralph Lauren, RALPH by Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Anne Klein, and Ray-Ban Junior sunglasses and they are exactly what you want. All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are the item(s) you have ordered and are free from visible defects.

Non-Defective Product Returns

Within 15 days of shipping date, if you wish to return a non-defective item for credit and do not wish to exchange for another item, a 10% restocking fee, $10 minimum will apply plus your return will be credited less a $7 shipping fee to cover the costs with initially shipping your item. If you chose a method of shipping other than our FREE SHIPPING, your return will be credited less the entire amount you paid for shipping. The restocking fee goes to cover processing costs, product shipping costs from the manufacturer to our store, and to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. If you are unsure about a specific style or color, please visit your local sunglass store to try them on at that time and save yourself unnecessary expenses. If you order multiple items at one time and return one or more items, you will be charged the restocking fee on the returned items. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and our store, so please understand our return/exchange policy before making your purchase. After 15 days of shipping date, the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable

The product must be returned with all original packaging materials including unused warranty cards, instruction booklets, and case and cleaning cloth (if provided by manufacturer.) There may be no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. The item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund or credit will be given.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be requested by logging in to your account and requesting a return. If you did not establish an account, you may visit our via our Contact Us page. RMA numbers expire after 7 days of issue. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package. Any return (except unopened delivery refusals) we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you and no credit will be given. Returns must be sent prepaid (no collect shipments will be accepted) and should be insured for the full price by a traceable carrier (ExpressionSunglasses.com is not responsible for return shipments it does not receive or it receives in damaged condition) such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Service. Please place your return items in a cardboard box, not a padded envelope. Our return address can be obtained by sending a request through our contact us page. Credits may take up to 7 days to show up in your account depending upon your method of payment. All credits will be issued in the same form of payment as the purchase was made. If your purchase was made during a promotion and due to you returning an item your purchase no longer fulfills the terms of the promotion, the promotion is forfeited and your refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanging Sunglasses

We will gladly offer an exchange on the return of any new and unused sunglasses within 15 days of original ship date. Any exchanges will not be subject to any promotional Free Shipping offers in effect at the time the purchase was made. You will be sent a PayPal request for the $6.95 shipping fee if you received free shipping for your purchase and you wish to exchange an item.

Receiving Damaged or Defective Product

If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, refuse the order. If you have received a damaged package or damaged product, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Please include your Order ID number you received at the time of purchase. IMPORTANT: If you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. If receipt of this damaged package exceeds 7 business days before it is reported to us, then the damaged package which you have received from us will not be accepted for a claim, refund, or exchange. If you are returning defective product within 7 days of the delivery date, please contact us so we may send you a prepaid return label. If any items you receive from ExpressionSunglasses.com happen to be defective, we will correct your order at no additional charge (once we have received the returned defective merchandise from you). If you would like return the defective product for credit and do not wish to exchange for another item, a 10% restocking fee, $10 minimum will apply. (If the item is defective and non-replaceable/non-correctable you will be entitled to full refund.) The following are not considered acceptable reasons for an item to be considered defective: Color of the item is lighter or darker than displayed. Item has minor color variation from the photo. Item does not fit; we strongly advise our customers to try on sunglasses at a store prior to placing their order. Damage or usage by the customer. If you want to refuse delivery of your purchase.

If you have not yet opened the package, leave the package unopened, circle the return address, and write clearly "Return to Sender" across the front. When we receive the package, your account will be credited for the amount paid, less the shipping/handling charge and 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum for restocking) and we will send you an e-mail message confirming our receipt of the return and how your credit will be applied. If you made your purchase that included a free shipping offer, your refund will be less the $7.00 shipping fee.
