Shipping Information

All orders are processed each business day at 12:00 pm Central Time. Our goal is to ship you your order within 3 business days (or better) of the process date. If we are unable to meet this goal, you should receive an email notification as to our expected ship date. Please keep in mind it is impossible to have all styles in all colors in-stock at all times. We work with the manufacturer to have most items available, ready to ship, 1-2 days following your order placement. If you have a specific need for your sunglasses, please contact us prior to or shortly after placing your order or include your specific needs in the order instructions. We want to meet our customers delivery needs, therefore we will check our stock and that of the manufacturers to ensure you will receive the item when you need it. There are times when shipment may be delayed due to a delay in receiving a shipment from the manufacturer. If you have deadlines please be sure to contact us before or after order placement so we can meet your delivery requests. If we do not have the item in-stock, and the item is back-ordered by the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately as well as provide you with an estimated ship date. This is only an estimation as many backorders become available earlier, however some experience additional delays. Some items come from our manufacturer's location in Italy, which may delay your order. Once we determine the item is coming from Italy, you will be notified immediately. You may then decide to cancel your order if we cannot meet your needs.

We use USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping method for shipments to the US. USPS Priority Mail can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO, US territories, and post office boxes at the same rate. No matter where our customers live, they all receive the same great service at the same great rate

Please note, at this time we ship to most countries. If you are unable to select your country when entering address information, please contact us to see if we can ship to your location.

*Shipping time is approximate. Does not include customs delays for international shipments. If you return your sunglasses, you will be refunded your purchase price less the cost for shipping and handling ($7 minimum.) You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

International Customers

We use USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International for our International customers. We have found USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International to be the best option for customs handling and length of time for delivery. We follow all customs regulations and will not mark any purchases as"gift"; the value is what you paid for the item (not including shipping.) Your customs office may charge fees/taxes to receive your items, however this is not controlled by ExpressionSunglasses.com. Please check with your local customs office for fees/taxes that may be due in order to receive your item. Excessive customs/taxes will not be an acceptable reason to reject your package and if the item is returned to us, your purchase will be credited less the shipping fees as well as the standard restocking fee will be levied against the purchase. Please check with your local postal delivery service within a few days of receiving your international tracking #. We have had international customers miss the attempted deliveries as they do not see the notice in time, to pickup their package. In most cases, USPS transfers the delivery to the same courier as your local post office. You may use the same tracking # we provided to you, to check its status. Any items returned to us will either be resent with additional shipping charges needed or if you choose not to accept your item due to the delay, your refund will be less the shipping charges paid.
